Booking & Usage Information

ZVisual7 aims to deliver clean, high-quality automotive visuals for every project. Each booking is discussed in advance so the shoot style, location, content requirements and final deliverables are clear before the work begins.

Revisions & Corrections

If any final images or videos have clear editing issues, ZVisual7 will provide minor corrections or re-edits where appropriate. Any concerns should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Missed Shots or Incomplete Coverage

If specific shots were agreed before the shoot and are missing, ZVisual7 will review the situation and, where possible, arrange a short follow-up session or suitable correction.

Technical Issues

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, file loss or technical problems, ZVisual7 will work with the client to find a fair solution. This may include re-edits, a follow-up session or a partial refund depending on the situation.

Copyright & Usage

All photography and video content created by ZVisual7 remains the intellectual property of ZVisual7.

Once full payment has been made, clients receive permission to use the final delivered images and videos for personal, social media and agreed promotional use.

Commercial use, resale, advertising campaigns or third-party use must be discussed and agreed in advance.

Clients may not resell, redistribute or significantly alter delivered images or videos without written permission. Minor cropping or adjustments for social media use are allowed.

Credit to ZVisual7 is appreciated when content is posted online.

Weather, Vehicle Condition & External Factors

ZVisual7 is not responsible for weather changes, vehicle condition changes, access issues or circumstances outside of our control. If a shoot needs to be rescheduled, this will be discussed with the client as early as possible.

Terms & Booking Policy

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit may be required to secure your booking with ZVisual7. Your booking is only confirmed once the shoot date, location and deposit have been agreed.

The deposit secures your chosen date and covers the time set aside for planning, travel preparation and availability.

Client Cancellations

If you cancel your shoot within 14 days of the agreed shoot date, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed shoot date, ZVisual7 may offer a reschedule or refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.

Where possible, ZVisual7 will offer one rescheduled date. If the client cancels again, or cannot agree to a new date, the deposit may be kept as a cancellation fee.

Weather or Unavoidable Circumstances

If poor weather, unsafe conditions or circumstances outside either party’s control affect the shoot, ZVisual7 will work with the client to arrange a suitable new date.

Weather-related rescheduling does not automatically result in a refund, unless ZVisual7 is unable to provide a reasonable alternative date.

ZVisual7 Cancellations

If ZVisual7 needs to cancel the shoot due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside our control, the client will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund of the deposit.

By paying a deposit, the client agrees to this policy and understands that the deposit secures the agreed date, time and location.
